EDITORIAL: iPhone 15 is an incremental update of the 14. While A16 Bionic (4nm) chip brings big performance improvements, screen got much brighter, USB-C Port got Video Out tech and the main camera went from 12 to 48MP, the ultrawide and selfie are the same, battery gained negligible 70mAh in capacity and worse of all: the 60Hz refresh rate remains.

PROs
compact and we'll built, Pro level performance from A16 Bionic with NVMe fast memory, >1600nits bright 460ppi OLED screen with Dolby Vision, excellent IP68 (6m water submersion) protection, very reliable 48MP 26mm dual-pixel PDAF main with OIS + less reliable 12MP 13mm ultrawide lens, excellent 12MP 23mm selfie, good video recording, very long software update policy of Apple's stable and feature rich iOS, a Video Out option
CONs
barely 24hr endurance from a 3350mAh small Lithium battery with 110min slow 20W (15W MagSafe wireless) charging, 60Hz screen refresh rate, no telephoto, no AF on ultrawide, no memory expansion of desktop replacement functionality

* TOP SoftwareMidrange

EDITORIAL: Honor dials down to a tried and true (end energy efficient) Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and lowers the battery size from 8000 to 7000mAh while keeping a very reliable camera setup. Their midrangers are packed with all sorts of useful and powerful software features and should deserve your considerations if available in your market.

PROs
flagship build, good SD 7 Gen 4 with UFS 3.1 performance, >36hr endurance from a 7000mAh (6400mAh in EU) battery with sub-60min 80W charging, >1700nits bright >450ppi AMOLED screen with HDR10 support, IP69 protection, reliable pics from a 200MP 24mm OIS PDAF main + 12MP 16mm PDAF ultrawide setup, reliable 50MP selfie, above average video recording from the main lens, feature packed MagicOS loaded with AI and other tricks and useful features, 6 years of OS updates
CONs
lack of hardware innovation since the 500, no wireless charging, average imaging from the ultrawide, especially in low-light, no expandable memory or desktop replacement functionality, slow USB-C 2.0 port (tho it does have OTG), limited market availability
