EDITORIAL: UK's only phone maker keeps releasing unique midrange devices that focus on stand-out hardware and software design. Performance, battery and camera - the 3 things most people demand keep Nothing phones a niche product and it is a big missed opportunity. Still, if you can find it for a low price, this is a very nice phone with a great screen, interesting build and tons of unique software and AI features.

great (very unique) build, good SD 7s Gen 4 with UFS 3.1 performance, 24hr endurance from a 5080mAh (5400mAh in India) lithium battery with sub-70min 50W charging, very good >1500nits 440ppi 120Hz AMOLED screen with HDR10+, IP64 (splash) protection, average 50MP 24mm OIS PDAF main + very good 50MP 80mm OIS PDAF telephoto + below average 8MP 15mm ultrawide cameras, very good 32MP 22mm selfie, average video recording, beautifully designed UI with tons of unique and useful features, Nothing Glyph notification lights, AI integrated Essential Space feature with a button

big, plastic framed, no AF on ultrawide or selfie, no memory expansion, only 3 years of OS updates, no desktop replacement functionality, slow USB-C 2.0 port (with OTG), expensive for what it is
