EDITORIAL: (this is a pre-test listing based on reasonable expectations of battery and camera performance) Six months after Redmagic 10 Pro, the 10s model brings minor updates: IP54 element protection, faster clock speed on it's SD 8 Elite chip, AF on it's ultrawide camera, minor AI and software improvements and RGB Led customizable lights on the phone's back (mimicking Asus ROG design). Redmagic 10s Pro is a beautiful piece of tech with flat, square design, bright, 430ppi notch-free screen with small bezels, great tactile buttons and very stable OS with tons of gaming and hardware connection options. The full fledged desktop replacement feature is well implemented and allows for working on a monitor while using phone's screen for other tasks.

very solid build, fast SnapDragon 8 Elite with UFS4.1 Pro performance, a huge 2-day 7050mAh Si/I battery with 80W charging, 1500nits 430ppi 144Hz screen, reliable 50MP OIS PDAF main + 50MP AF ultrawide + 2MP macro setup, great desktop replacement functionality and a headphone jack too

throttling under heavy load, lack of wireless charging, no HDR10+ or Dolby Vision certification, low IP54 element protection, 16MP below-the-screen selfie, lack of expandable storage and short OS support

EDITORIAL: Top of Oppo's midrange Reno line, 13 Pro comes with a slightly better chip, a bigger battery and full water proofing but loses the SD memory expansion shoot that made Reno midrangers stand out as true value in the phone market.

aluminum and glass build, good Dimensity 8350 with UFS 3.1 performance, >30hr endurance from a 5800mAh battery with sub-50min 80W (China gets 50W wireless too) charging, 1100nits 450ppi AMOLED screen with HDR10+, IP69 (down to 2m for 30min) water protection, good pics from a 50MP 24mm main + 50MP 85mm telephoto (both OIS PDAF) + 8MP 15mm ultrawide setup, very good 50MP 21mm selfie with AF
CONs
almost 2mm wider and 15g heavier then Reno 12 Pro, no AF on ultrawide, mediocre video recording, the SD memory is gone, less then 4 years of OS updates, no desktop replacement functionality and a slow USB-C 2.0 port (with OTG)
